Ms. Kruh is involved in three different projects:
1. Using analytical ultracentrifugation (AUC) to study the effect of inhibitors on InhA, the enoyl reductase from Mycobacterium tuberculosis
2. Using bacteria 2-hybrid (B2H) to look at protein-protein interactions, characterizing new interactions with KasA, the b-ketoacyl synthase from Mycobacterium tuberculosis
3. Developing a GFP-reporter based system for detecting protein-protein interactions in mycobacteria |
