Janine Borgaro Graduate Student B.S. Wagner College 2005

Ms. Borgaro is currently finishing her first year in grad school. Her project involves using a benzophenone linker, which is covalently attached to the pantatheine group of ACPM to fish out proteins in bacterial cell lysate. The benzophenone becomes activated by light and forms covalent carbon-carbon bonds to proteins in the lysate which ACPM is interacting with.
