How do I find Korean materials (print and online)?

· Finding books

STARS (Stony Brook Automated Retrieval System) is the web-based online catalog for Stony Brook University. Korean records are cataloged in romanized form and in Korean characters and can be searched in romanization, Korean characters and Hancha. However, it is recommended to search in romanized form for maximum results because  there are records with Romanization only. Click here to learn how to search Korean materials in STARS. To learn more about STARS, use the STARS Help or visit the Library Research Tutorial.

OCLC World Cat: WorldCat is a worldwide union catalog created and maintained collectively by more than 9,000 member institutions. It consists of over 61 million records including books, journals, audiovisual recordings, manuscripts and other media. Books not held by Stony Brook but found using this catalog can be obtained via Interlibrary Loan (ILL).
