The Video Collection is located in the Central Reading Room and can be searched in the library’s online catalog. The Collection includes feature films of every genre in many languages including Korean. Can I search Korean books using Korean characters? It is possible to search by Korean original scripts in STARS. Please consult How to search Korean materials for searching tips. I would like to recommend a book purchase. Please contact the Korean Cataloger/Selector. How do I get a book or article not owned by the Library? Use Interlibrary Loan (ILL) to obtain books or journal articles not owned by the University Libraries. This service is available at no cost to faculty members, currently enrolled students, and University staff. I would like to donate Korean books. How do I do it? Gifts of books, tapes, CD's, videos, LP's and miscellaneous materials (e.g. pamphlets, manuscripts, local history, souvenirs and memorabilia) are welcomed by the library as a means of supplementing our book and media collections, filling in gaps in our holdings, and adding copies to heavily used titles. Please consult Korean Cataloger/Selector for details. |
